Just passively watch or listen as I share two helpful shadow work exercises and weave in a bit about the tenets of shadow work.

It’s entertaining but not, like, overly cheerful. It is shadow work, after all. And it’s short. Ten minutes. You can do it.

If you find yourself trying out the exercises and smiling a little, though, don’t blame me.
